Refund Policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. We'll do our best to reschedule you for a different time on the same day, and your $25 appointment deposit will be safe if we can accommodate you. However, if you're unable to attend and we can't find an alternative time, the appointment deposit fee will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
